Senior RF Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the RF team.
- Monitoring system performance metrics daily to identify discrepancies
- Analyzing performance data collected during system drives to identify and correct discrepancies

Manager – Advanced Wireless Data
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position of Manager – Advanced Wireless Data will have overall responsibility for the core data network (PDSN, AAA, HA, etc.), and the related network systems and connectivity of a CDMA wireless network.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of four data engineers.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the Wireless data network.
- Sustain adequate consistency, predictability and stability of all networking systems, elements, and services.
- Manage all data networking systems projects.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support inclusive of leading and/or facilitating end-to-end troubleshooting and problem resolution of wireless data applications and network elements.
- Direct and perform all necessary audits to ensure service levels are sustained, systems are optimized and systems are not compromised.
- Develop network documentation, including diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
- Perform after hours support duties to sustain networking systems and service levels – 24/7/365.
- Ensure disaster recovery plans are in place and critical spares are readily available if needed.
- Ensure that all interactions, work flow, productivity levels and quality standards are implemented with a customer service approach to both the internal and external customers.

Qualifications:
